Steady-State Spectroscopy: Fluorescence, Absorption, and Infrared

Static or steady-state spectroscopies cover standard range of UV-VIS-IR. The UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy is a basic tool of transmission with a focus on electron state absorbance. Luminiscence in a form of fluorescence spectroscopy maps excitation-emission process where electrons absorb excitation photons which are consequently emitted as fluorescence spectrum. Fourier Transformed IR spectroscopy is a key tool in determination of molecular finger prints as result of the molecular vibrational modes.
